Do you have rooms blocked off for your wedding?

Yes. We have rooms blocked off for a small discount at the Flamingo Hotel until 30 days before the wedding (10/04/22) Follow the link to reserve a room. Please note the discount will not show up until AFTER the dates have been adjusted.

Is there a dress code?

No formal dress code, however we have been told not to allow Ray McDonald to wear jeans.

What will the weather be like?

Ceremony and Reception are both OUTSIDE so dress accordingly. We have been told the weather in Vegas in November is mid 70s during the day and as low as 50s at night. Low chance of rain in desert however it will be windy.

What happens at the ceremony?

Permit allows us 90 minutes on site. Ceremony itself takes about 15 minutes. There will be limited seating so please allow family to sit first and then friends can take remaining seats. Afterwards, we get a small cake cutting/champagne toast and then a first dance song. We will take pictures afterwards with family and friends if time allows. Please wait to ask for pictures until after our time with photographer as we only have them 90 minutes as well and want to get as many as we can. 

Will there be anything to eat/drink on the party bus?

Party Buses will have alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. We are not allowed to bring food onboard. 

Where is the reception in relation to the hotel?

Reception is about 2-3 blocks from hotel, but in a busy area so may be best to Uber to/from.

What kind of food/drink will be at the reception?

We will have a taco station with pork carnitas and grilled chicken. Includes black beans, rice, tortillas, chips and salsa/queso. We will have our own bartender so you can order whatever drink you'd like with them. 

What happens after the reception?

Free to do whatever you'd like! Bride and groom plan to go back to room to change clothes and then wherever the night takes them.

Do you have a wedding registry? 

Yes. Please click on the link at the top right corner titled "Registry." From there you will click on "Honeymoon Wishes." You will find more details on that page.
